My printer will not print black. I have replaced ink, ran clean printerheads, reinstalled drivers, but when I run aline printerheads it "can not aline". When I print a test page text in caps print! When I print a photo a small amount of black will print. If I scan text into my computer it prints okay. If I print a copy it prints black very lightly.
