Lately whenever I try to log on to a certain game on FB I can't access it, I get into FB but not on that particular game, in the address bar the padlock has a triangular symbol on it and when I click on the triangle I get this message.

The connection is encrypted using RC4_128, with SHA1 for message authentication and RSA as the key exchange mechanism.
The connection does not use SSL compression.
My question is have they blocked me from accessing this game?
