Sorry for taking such a long time to ppst again but i've got exams going on at the moment so i haven't had much time to play around with the settings.

I went into the bios and changed the 'system performance' to manual and i was able to change the 'spd' to whatever i want. So i decided to play it safe and stick it on 'auto' then i ran everest again and i got the same latency reading again, so they're still wrong. I have a variety of other options i can change the RAM speed to spd, 50%,60%,66%,75%,80%,83%,100%,120%,125%,133%, 150%, 166%, 200%, auto
