This is a very minor problem, but Google hasn't given me the answer yet.
I have a widescreen HP S2031 monitor. My computer is very old, and wouldn't be able to handle the native resolution of the monitor. So things are kicked down a notch and still look awesome. I'm liking the monitor a lot.

However, I put my computer to sleep a lot, leaving the monitor on. When I come back and wake my comp up, the text on the screen looks fuzzy. I just turn the monitor off and then on to make everything look right. I was simply wondering how to avoid that fuzziness altogether. It happens sometimes when I turn the monitor on from being off as well. It's always just a matter of "rebooting" the monitor to clear things up, but I'm just curious on how to stop the fuzziness. I've looked in the settings and stuff and nothing has worked so far.
