Live streaming CPU/GPU dependency?

Hello all, I recently have been planning on streaming league of legends on twitch.tv. I was wondering however, how dependent is streaming on the gpu and cpu? I have a laptop with a i5-430m and gts 360m and was wondering if this would hinder my streaming quality/speed and which one would it be if it did? thanks in advance to anyone who can help with explaining this.
