My new laptop has been crashing to blue screen due to error: driver IRQL_Not_less_or_equel_to(tcip.sys) I am not tech savvy but I do know how to follow directions, can any one help with this? I am attaching the last three dump files. Thanks in advance.

All 3 dumps point to NETIO.SYS as the cause. Try updating your Wireless adapter driver.

What is the make and full model number of your computer? We may be able to help you find a newer level driver.

I updated the wireless driver the same day i made my previous post, i will attempt to replicate the circumstances that caused a blu screen and see if it has been fixed. as far as i know, using the wifi at a specific location, while simultaneously downloading a torrent at higher than 1.5 mb and using three browser windows was the only time it crashed. i am using an hp 2000 notebook pc, product # is c2m42ua#aba i know that isn't the model name/number but its all i could find, thanks for your help
