Hello NavigatorX
Since the format have you reinstalled the Launch Manager http://support.acer....px?modelId=3941 once the device is installed pressing the Fn + F3 keys should be the hot-keys.

There's a Bluetooth Devices icon on my laptop but when I clicked on it, nothing happens. Should I download it again from the site you linked ?

Yes, I actually restart my laptop and search again in start menu and found it. It wasn't there before I restart my laptop. I've checked it and yes, it's enabled but none of other devices can find my laptop. Even right click will not work on the Bluetooth Devices icon.

Can you take a screenshot of the Device Manager and attach it to your next reply please.
To capture and post a screenshot;
Click on the ALT key + PRT SCR key..its on the top row..right hand side..now click on start...all programs...accessories...paint....left click in the white area ...press CTRL + V...click on file...click on save...save it to your desktop...name it something related to the screen your capturing... BE SURE TO SAVE IT AS A .JPG ...otherwise it may be to big to upload... then after typing in any response you have... click on browse...desktop...find the screenshot..select it and click on the upload button...then on the lower left...after it says upload successful...click on add reply like you normally would.
