Hello I have had this problem and no one yet has been able to fix it on here. All of my desktop icons are gone and so is my Start bar. I have to open everything from Task Manager. I have also noticed that Explorer.exe is not running and I cannot open it. Everytime I start up my computer all I get is my wallpaper and mouse mobility. Someone please help me.
