heat sink fan stop spin after 5-8 sec and blank screen after dissamble

i'd has been dissambled my heat sink fan for cleaning,but after it has been assembled back,it cant be start up and got blank black screen,heat sink fan and the power light stop working immidiately after 5-8 sec.i'd already check all the cable like cpu,heat sink and all the cable adjacent cpu and heat sink,i found that all the cable in correctly plugin with their own sockets and dont have any cable is unpluged or not plugin properly.what the reason of this problem and how to fix it?..

Please provide information about your computer, this includes is it a notebook or desktop, is it a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if it is provide the model name or series number (not serial) providing these details will enable us to better assist you.

Common causes of such issues are overheating, bad power supply, a system short and an incorrectly fitted component such as a Ram stick or add on video card (if present).

Once we have your system specs we can make the appropriate suggestions of what to check first.
