Are you able to run this machine in normal mode?
If not do you have the disk?

Yes, all working good in normal. My Safemode was locked out a couple of mos ago when I got hit with the fake FBI virus, I've got rid of it 2 times before but this time locked me out of safe mode and can't get back in, as it hangs up! Might need safe mode again and can't use. I will try your links now.

Tried that and still hangs in the exact same place in safe mode.

Download the safemode repair tool save it to your desktioop double click to excecute reboot your machine then reboot again to see if you can access safe mode.

Well, I made things worse....tried repair from XP disc as several times before with success, and now hangs at reg login saying re-starting setup........ with blue screen! So can't even log in to my main disc now, had to start using my other #2 disc I cloned, it's working perfect except same problem with Safemode.

I had got the Fake FBI virus, moneyback, 2 times before and got rid of it using safe mode, but they got smarter and disabled safemode now.

Got any suggestions on login back into main disc first? Thanks
