Flash Video Freezes (Youtube)

Hello,

My computer has been freezing when viewing flash video such as videos on youtube. It happens both in Google Chrome as well and Internet Explore. I also have the most up-to-date drivers for my video card. Not sure exactly what the problem could be.

Please help and thank you!
