I have an HP G62 that was having BSOD it will boot holding the F10 to get to BIOS but Bios won't stay up more than about 5 seconds, how do I get BIOS to stay up and what do I choose from the Bios menu if it does stay up?

Have you tried tapping F8 on boot up to get into Safe Mode Trish?

What happens after 5 seconds to the computer?
Does it shut off?
Any fans or hard drives running?
Is it just the monitor shutting off?
