Hi there

I have a virus on my laptop which i think is known as the PCEU virus in the UK. Basically it locks your screen and asks for a payment. I have tried searching everywhere for a solution but nothing seems to work. I am unable to load any programs in normal mode or any safe modes as the virus locks the screen as soon as i log on! Can anybody help???
