Reboot.
Run App Remover.

Reboot install Avast free.
Create a restore point and then untick ipv6.

I see you have Ccleaner installed start it hit the tools button then the start up then disable all items except Avast.
Also run this program http://www.grc.com/dns/benchmark.htm follow the instructions on the page,when the program is done the two fastest dns servers for you will be listed input them on your machine.

Reboot after and test.

No all these settings (except the dns settings which since you used the dns benchmark program the dns settings may be the best for this particular location) will stay with the machine unless you update the wireless driver which may be a good idea in this case.One more question, I guess I need to do this before connecting to a different network, right?
Also there is an error on the machine which may be due to needing to update the wireless driver.
