Currently using Windows SE

I have recently received the following fatal exception error "0028:C00B28A in VXD VMM(01) + 0000A28A" After repairing IE and running a Spyware and Ad ware detection along with defraging and a complete scandisk the error went away. However, now after about 10 or more clicks using the internet the PC automatically reboots. If Media player is used the same thing occurs. It appears all drivers are current and not sure if a video card is bad.
Any thoughts ?
