I have Norton Antivirus and Bulletproof Monk Spayware but I still managed to get the MatAdown Trojan. I've quarantined this but don't know how to get rid of it. I run on XP but system won't let me do a system restore, also my D & E drives don't recognise disks and keeps asking me to insert one when there's already one there, don't know if this is part of the same problem. Please help
