I am trying to install a few pieces of freeware (Openoffice, Winrar, Jcreator) and whenever i try to run the installers i get the error message "The specified module could not be found".

I am running 32 bit windows 7, and i checked the files are 32 versions.

The error does NOT occur at startup, only when i try to run the installers.
