Is there a good, free application out there that will allow me to add space from another partition to the C drive on my Windows 7 HP laptop? Thank you.

gparted will let you resize partitions. they've got some pretty good instructions on their site http://gparted.sourceforge.net/

EAseus requires a paid version to do what I want to do. The free version is good for basic needs however.
