Hi, i've been monitoring the temperatures when gaming, my CPU and MB temps go from about 31C to about 55C, thats after around 1 hours gaming, is this normal? Cheers.

Yes, those temps are pretty normal. Running flat out and temps under 60C is OK.
The CPU has over heat protection and at a certain point will throttle back or shut down.
You can do a search for your CPU and find out what that is so that you know that shut down point.
