Is there a problem with me getting help.. it seems other people are getting help and I seem to be getting left out in the cold.

if I am not going to get help then could someone tell me and be so kind as to the reason so I can make alternative arrangements for getting help.

sorry I have had to write this but it has been more the I feel it should take to get to me.
