If you have or are getting a Camcorder, they have ther own video free editing software with links to paid for ver. or you can use 3rd party software like iMovie(beginner)
Sony Veges( enthusiaste). Unless you go to Pro editing, you do not need a i7 CPU. An i5 will do the job well and is the sweet spot for a gaming rig.

The inbuilt sound on the Motherboard today is excellent, so I would start with that and if you are not satisfied, add a sound card later.
When a boxed Retail CPU comes with a heat-sink and fan and install an after-market one instead, you will void the CPU warranty. They are designed to keep the CPU within it's thermal footprint, and do the job well, so again use it to start with, , , ,
You have too much RAM, it will sit there doing nothing, Max for your build would be 16GB.
Your video card will only give you mediocre results.
I would advice going to750W for the PSU, giving you some wiggle room for future parts upgrade or additions.
