The error is caused by a file that probably was removed by a spywarescanner.
The file is still called at boot, but since it is no longer prsent, you get an error.

Make sure to allow the chnages we will be making. MiscoSoft AntiSpyware may prompt you about them.

Then download HijackThis and save it in a folder of it's own.
By running it from the Temporary Internet folder it will not be able to save the backups anywhere.

Check the following items in HijackThis.
Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [cfgmgr52] RunDLL32.EXE C:\WINDOWS\cfgmgr52.dll,DllRun

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [e07qRTf8R] savskres.exe

O16 - DPF: {0246ECA8-996F-11D1-BE2F-00A0C9037DFE} (TDServer Control) - http://tdserver.bits...om/tdserver.cab

Then reboot and the error should be gone.

Post a new HijackThis log when you are done.

Regards,

Rboot after your fix was the answer. THANK YOU. I'm so glad I found out about your site and plan to work at Geek U myself so I can help too.
