Hi! I got a laptop that is "broken", an acquainted spilled whine in it a while ago and i wish to get the computer working!

The computer is called "eMachines e640g-p323g32mnks"
When the battery is charged or just the cabel in, the only thing that happens when you press the "on button" is that the fan twitches a little bit(it does not spin) and nothing more.
When the charger is in, the light indicates that it is recharging.

I looked at the motherboard and no capacitors seems to be damaged, i know that the hdd works since i used it in an other computer while saving files for the victim.
So, what do i do next?

I do not want to buy an entirely new motherboard since that will cost me a bit...

It will be cheaper to buy a new laptop Mr Nice trust me.

Spilling wine on it whilst it was on can cause irreparable damage as there will be short circuiting, sugar residue from the wine etc.

Could be cool to take the lcd and buy a controller and get an extra monitor ^^

Too bad that motherboards cost like half of what the laptop costs :/
