AS I PUT ON MY COMPUTER IT RESTARTS ALL THE TIME BEFORE IT STARTS WORKING OR DISPLAYING WINDOWS MENU
AND AT TIMES CLAIMS NOT TO SEE TH OPERATING SYSTEM BUT AFTER TURNING IT OFF AND ON A DOZEN TIMES IT STARTS UP WELL
