Shaw vs Radiant ip

I have purchased the software easyhideip.com, and have used the software on a shaw cable network, as well as a radiant communications network. It seems that the websites I visit while using the software while on the shaw network seem to know, but while on the radiant network they don't seem to know. Does anyone know why?
