printer is printing twice the same

Hi, members.

My printer is printing twice the same, If I start printing anything and I go to check in (open all active printer", said 1 document in queue, but in that screen where said how many page are printing said 2 pages instead of 1 that is supposed printing.

Hope someone can help me with this problem
