NOT HAPPY...

"Results by BING" has taken over my CHROME homepage. Where GOOGLE search box is suppose to be, BING now is, unless I go to 2nd page. I paid my $25 for malwarebytes, and thought it would be of more help, but when I ran it, it says all is fine...

When I pull up the element on the page, and looked at the HTML, it's writing onto the page, and while I do have 1/2 of understanding of HTML, I have none of this mess.

Element reads:

element.style {
}
Matched CSS Rules
BingHomepage2.min_4416BCE86971577798AD36F3A82A5E13.css:1@media screen and (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio: 0)
body {
position: static;
min-height: auto;
}
body {
font-family: Arial;
padding: 0;
margin: 0;
_height: 100%;
}
body {
font-family: arial;
}
* {
padding: 0;
margin: 0;
}
user agent stylesheetbody {
display: block;
margin: 8px;
}

Hi Penelope, welcome back!

Please check your Google Chrome settings to make sure your homepage is set right and Google is your search provider. Bing is Microsoft's search product. It is not malware and wouldn't be detected by MalwareBytes as such.

ALL FIXED... TY

However I did go one step further, when I checked & was only getting GOOGLE option, but then still got the gray line, BING bologna, I went back, and went to the MANAGE SEARCH ENGINE button, there my enemy was, my chance to change things, so I made it back to just a simple www.google.com and all is NORMAL again.

TY
