Windows has Unexpectedly Shutdown

I have been experiencing unexpected system shutdown and reboots for some time now. So I really dont have a starting point. I have just cleaned the computer in another section on malware in this site. Any help with these crashes would be appreciated. There is no certain patern sometimes just searching the web other times when downloading updates.
