IE constantly crashes as soon as load it up

Im not sure whatit is but every time i boot up IE 9 it crashes instantly and wont even load up home page tried uninstalling and reinstalling but both 64 bit and 32 bit wont work someone please give me some advice on how to correct this problem

Personally I'd advise going with Firefox as in my opinion it's far superior.

thanks for your reply I will go and have a look however I use IE for topping up my gas and electric prepayment meters and regrettably can only use IE with the website I need for the above task, but thank you again for your advice.

I too have PP meters and British Gas has a lot to answer to by JUST using IE to allow a person to top up.
