opening .dll files using windows ME

Does anyone know what program to use in the Windows ME operating system to open up a .dll file?

Well it works like this. An .exe file is called an application, and a .dll file is an application extension, so it's normaly opened with whatever application it's designed for. If you want to open it to edit it you might use a hex editor. :tazz:
