Headers do not appear for new mail, although the mail itself can be opened. Both spam and old mail are unaffected.
I have a Dell PC which allpws me to reset to original factory settings. After saving the "ORGANIZE" folder to a remote drive I rest my PC. reinstalled AOL, and reinstalled the original "ORGANIZE" folder. A;; to no effect.
Can someone please advise me on how to fix the problem.
I run Windows XP.
