I ran a h.p. diagnostic board check and received following message,Failure I.D. 00000 00000 00000 00000 00000.Driver CQCPU.sys may not be present in the proper location. Contact hp support.
I have ran cc cleaner and Malwarebytes anti malware. How serious is this and how do I fix it.
