Aurora (and other random popups)

I've spent all day attempting to help my mom get rid of all this junkware on her laptop. Unfortunately, after going through Spybot, Adaware, CWShredder, running Norton Anti-Virus (which consistently finds the same adware programs regardless of how many times they're deleted), and installing SpywareGuard and SpywareBlaster for good measure, I gave her back her laptop only to have her open the newly installed Firefox and have an Aurora popup come up along with 4 other random ones (which, of course, never came up while I was testing to make sure I got everything).

Anyway, I'm at a total loss of what to do - especially with that stupid nail.exe thing that seems to have godmode going for it or something.

Any help would be really, really appreciated.
