Please restart you system once and see if you can access internet. If you can't then let's try something.

We need to reinstall all your network adapters. Maybe you will need network card drivers near you if something goes wrong.

  • Click Start and typing Device manager in the search bar
  • Click on Device manager to start program
  • In the Device Manager program, double-click the "Network adapters" option to see the Network drivers installed.
  • Write down names of all Network adapters in case something goes wrong
  • Right click on each sub-entry under Network Adapters and Uninstall
  • Confirm that you want to remove it
  • After you uninstall all Network adapters restart your system.

After restart your system will automatically find and install your network adapters. Test your connections after this step and let me know results.

Can you try to install new drivers. Just to be sure network drivers is working. I don't see any trace of TDSS rootkit on your system. We could scan with TDSSKiller later. After you install drivers then do this step:

Download Virus Removal Tool from Here to your desktop

Run the programme you have just downloaded to your desktop (it will be randomly named )

First we will run a virus scan

Click the cog in the upper right
Posted Image

Select down to and including your main drive, once done select the Automatic scan tab and press Start Scan
Posted Image

Allow Virus Removal Tool to delete all infections found
Once it has finished select report tab (last tab)
Select Detected threads report from the left and press Save button
Save it to your desktop and attach to your next post

I asked for a help from my co-workers here at G2G. We have one idea to try and that's reseting router to its default configuration.

Write down configuration information such as IP addresses, security keys, opened ports and services, etc., that you modified. (The default username is admin and the password is either password or 1234. Try these before resetting the router.)

This can be done by inserting something tiny like a paper clip end or pencil tip into a small hole labeled "reset" located on the back of the router. Press and hold down the small button inside until the lights on the front of the router blink off and then on again (usually about 10 seconds).

After this test your PC for connection now and come back with results. Hopefully this would solve your problem.

I see where you are going but still it wont work. yes if it was a router problem then it would prob work. however this isn't the problem because I have 5 other devices that work with the default settings, no offence to you but i think that someone else might be suited to help me better then what you can think of. but if you have any other suggestions I will most certanlly try them

Hi 314,

I tried what I could. There is no malware on your system so you can try to open new topic in Networking. There are guys that will probably help you more then me. Tell them that your system is clean and post them link to this topic.

I will remove my tools from your system now.

Step 1

Please close all running programs and Run OTL
  • Under the Custom Scans/Fixes box at the bottom, paste in the following

    :OTL

    :Commands
    [purity]
    [emptytemp]
    [resethosts]
    [clearallrestorepoints]
    [Reboot]

  • Then click the Run Fix button at the top
  • Let the program run unhindered, reboot the PC when it is done
Step 2

We need to clean up your PC from programs we used.

Please start OTL one more time and click CleanUp button. OTL will restart your system at the end.

In case that any of the software we used in this fix still remains on your system please delete it manually (Right click on it and select Delete).

General recommendations

Here are some recommendations you should follow to minimize infection risk in the future:

1. Something to read

To learn more about how to protect yourself while on the internet read our little guide How did I get infected in the first place ?

2. Make Backups of Important Files

Please read this article Home Computer Data Backup.

3. Regularly update your software

To eliminate design flaws and security vulnerabilities, all software needs to be updated to the latest version or the vendor’s patch installed.

You should download Update Checker from here. The program will automaticly check for newer version of software installed on your system.
