Unzip it on the computer you are downloading it on, then copy then extracted files to the on you need internet access on, and run setup.exe. This is what I get when I use 7-zip to extract the files:

I got the drivers installed after a little work. I still can not connect to the internet via wifi. I believe the problem is that there is no software installed for the net adapter. There is no wifi button on the taskbar and there is no option to connect to the wifi. Sorry to jump from one problem to the next on you.
