A lot of video sites won't play videos

A lot of the video sites I frequent, mostly bliptv won't play videos. I was going to watch some videos from ChannelAwesome but it would not load on Blip, just a blank square. I got this elsewhere too, oddly YouTube still works fine. Do you think it might be a Flash Update I need to download?

I am using Windows 7 and Firefox

EDIT- The issue randomly went away.
