Hi Geekstogo,

My laptop is a Dell XPS 15 from year 2010. Just recently I replaced its failed hard drive after cloning the data to a new drive. All my data seems to be safe but I hv no audio and internet connection. I hv tried windows 7 default troubleshooting function but to little avail. I hv scanned my laptop using OTS. I shall post the log next round if necessary. Dear experts, please advice.
