I hope this forum is ok to post this in. I use a Dell with XP.

I am wondering what regime I should go through every couple of months to keep my computer healthy, unjunked, and clean? Right now I run malwarebytes, puran defrag, and CC cleaner.

Is there anything better to use or anything else I should be using?

Thanks!

Hello Bluemoon710

You are on the right track already

Only a couple of additions for you, keep your AV and other software fully up to date, run TFC regular http://www.geekstogo...ds&showfile=187 and do not be tempted to use any so called system optimizer programs as they can do more harm than good, some information by respected author miekiemoe http://miekiemoes.bl...weaking_13.html
