Help! HELP! NORTON/ MCAFEE does not function

Hello, need help/advise coz my norton/mc afee suddenly does not work. Any clue why this happens? Apart from that, my IE was screwed up. But tried to fix something but it's working now. And also, got this message from go to "www.windowsregfix.com " to fix the error. I think my pc got infected by a virus. Please advises thanks.

I don't think your description is very clear... Put detailed explanation of problem before you "bump"
