Hi,
I've tried to reinstall windows XP but I failed but now I have the "windows XP professional setup" in my start up menu.
I wanted to select the normal windows but i cannot move up or down with my arrows so it keeps going into the setup windows. I am a novice when it comes to the BIOS side.
Anyone can help?

Hi :welcome: ,

By any chance you have a USB keyboard? If its the case you probably need to use a PS2 keyboard because in some cases the USB can fail on the early stage of boot.

Unplug all optical devices like:
  • CD/DVD
  • Mouse
  • USB Flash Drive
  • any other USB devices

Try to enter into boot configuration Menu
  • select hard drive as on 1st number (if windows installed in drive)
  • press f10 to save changes
  • exit
  • restart system
