At one time Comodo offered the Ask toolbar though I believe it is no longer and HopSurf Toolbar is still offered by Comodo but no longer included (not bundled) in the installer of their Comodo products.
You may also come across the option to install Geek Buddy which from what I can tell is a remote access program in case you need support assistance.
If you do come across any of these options of foistware, just uncheck the boxes if they are prechecked.

Hi Donna
Thanks for your kind reply. I've found a FREE yes FREE firewall that has no compulsory choices, even the ones which have to be unchecked. That one is Ashampoo and seems to be performing perfectly satisfactorily.
Thanks again
Heathen

Just make sure that it turns the XP Incoming Traffic Only Firewall off Heathen.
