Hello,
I am a rookie here, and I need an answer that puzzles me.

I received an email from someone that I know, with an attachemnt. I cliced on attachement and it would not open. So I opened it with notepad, and the document showed all kinds of wierd symbols with boxes and etc. I tried in wordpad as well, same thing. Why does this happen? Any idea's?
