blue screen with tcpip.sys error causes win2k8 R2 server reboots

Hi,

Can anyone please help me to resolve this issue?

In my win2k8 r2 server,when we launch java application ex javaws -viewer,
then window is getting rebooted with the blue screen error.

Hardware model:Cisco UCS C240 M3
OS:Win2k8 R2 Standard edition
Jre alone installed:java version "1.7.0_21"

Attached blue screen ,dump file alone with this.

Please help me to resolve this issue.
