Since F8 is not responding, I decide to try with FN + F8 and luckily it works.
It takes a long time to format the disk. Now window is installing. I will post the final result when installation complete.

Installation completed and computer crash when I install the 5th driver from DELL resource CD.
The 1st driver installed was Network adaptor. Restart the laptop and connect to wifi. No problem at this point.
when I install (i think it's graphic driver), the screen went black with below error message:
Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt:
<windows\root>\system32\hal.dll
Please reinstall a copy of the above file.
It can't even start in safe mode. Get the same error message.

Follow instruction from http://www.kellys-ko...dll_missing.htm, but did not work. So re-install with repair option which works. Then install drivers in the order as suggested. However, at the process to install Intel Graphic driver, I got a blank screen. Cannot restart with normal boot, but was able to restart with "Last good configuration.." option.
