Hello tamikaevans,

Welcome to Geekstogo.

Have you tried pressing the F8 key repeatedly as it restarts to see if you can get into safe mode?

Also what Operating System does that machine have and is it 32 bit or 64 bit?

Further has the computer got a CD drive that can be used to boot from?
