Thanks for the instructions...I followed them all but when I restarted windows in normal mode, ewido automatically still found file lyyzqindw30104lib.dll in c:\windows\system32 to be infected with trojandownloader.lastad.h!

Sure enough, when I turned on my computer this morning, Ewido found C:\WINDOWS\System32\lyyzqi.exe infected with trojandownloader.lastad.h, as well as the lyyzqindw30104lib.dll file. Ewido gave me the option to clean and I guess it did coz when I ran the online virus scan like you instructed, it did not find anything. So, out of curiosity to make sure it really is gone, I ran an Ewido scan again and found another file infected with the same thing! It says its cleaned and I deleted it from quarantine but I dunno whether to trust that it is really gone or not. I have the scan results below and I also attached the most recent hijackthis log, if it helps. Thanks again!

Download: DelDomains.inf
Should the link above display the text instead of downloading the file, then copy & paste the text into notepad and save the file as DellDomains.inf
To use: right-click and select: Install (no need to restart)
Note: This will remove all entries in the "Trusted Zone" and "Ranges" also.
