Machine Heats Up and Runs Slow

Toshiba Tecra running windows 7. Always ran very cool, never heard the fan but about two weeks ago the unit began to heat up and fan began to run constantly. Also too hot to sit on lap. Malware does not find virus. Attached is OLE scan results.
