Since installing the XP ervice pack 2 I get the following error every time I switch on.............. Motive Chorus has encountered a fatal error. Please can someone help me with this as I have no idea what to do.

Try looking in add/remove programs for any of these:
HP Instant Support
Broadband Help
Matcli
e-care
NTL Broadband Medic
Verizon Online Support Center

It's a program installed by your broadband provider, and with some HP products. It appears to have compatibility problems with XP, and no harm will be done uninstalling it.

Thanks I have checked but none of those exist on my add remove programmes.
Any other solutions would be appreciated.
