VIRUS/MALWARE RUNNING ON MY SYSTEM CPU AD PHYISCAL MEMORY ON 90%

THERE'S A MALWARE/VIRUS RUNNING ON MY SYSTEM. DESPITE MY BEST EFFORTS IN TRYING TO LOCATE IT I HAVE FAILED (AND TRUST ME I TRIED)I CANT SEEM TO FIND IT AND MY AVG SAYS I'M VIRUS FREE. BUT I KNOW THERE'S ONE 'CAUSE I THINK IT STARTS WITH MY PC AND MY LAPTOP'S FAN IMMEDIATELY MY PC COMES ON GOES INTO OVERDRIVE. THEN MY PHYSICAL MEMORY IS UP TO A CONSTANT 90% ON AN 8GB RAM SYSTEM AND CPU IS ALSO ON 90%. PLEASE I NEED HELP WITH THIS.
