Hello,

I love to stay informed from GeeksToGo using my Android smartphone. Tapatalk app helped me so much in this situation. But the problem is that recently Tapatalk stopped working for this forum. Tapatalk just continuously gives me a message "Connecting to the server..." and after that nothing happens. I've tried to reach this forum using Tapatalk from several devices, but result was the same.

Admins, can you please check, if Tapatalk script on this forum is working correctly?

Thanks in advance.

I'm afraid we decided to uninstall tapatalk. I like the Tapatalk user interface, but I think we can do better. People don't download an app to access a website, and shouldn't have to. We will have much better support for mobile in the future without requiring an app (responsive design). For example: http://www.malwareremoval.com/forum/ (access it on a mobile device, or resize your browser window to a narrow size).

Why remove tapatalk?
  • Annoying tapatalk screen nags for mobile and Chrome users.
  • Additional pageload time from loading javascript for all users.
  • Unresolved bugs (showing Android tapatalk users as always logged in, and anonymous).
  • It's a paid app (though free now for a limited time).
